Every pest management service begins with a Comprehensive Pest Assessment. Unlike many companies that offer a quick "free inspection," our assessments are detailed evaluations designed to identify current pest activity, conducive conditions, potential entry points, harborage areas, structural concerns, and other factors contributing to pest problems. Providing recommendations and treatment options as necessary.

Your assessment allows us to determine the extent of the issue, recommend the most effective treatment strategy, and provide a written proposal tailored to your property's specific needs. This approach ensures every treatment is based on the actual conditions present at your home rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.

Transparent Pricing:

We believe in transparent pricing whenever practical. Standard residential General Pest services are published below so you know what to expect before scheduling. Services requiring specialized treatment or customized management plans begin with a Comprehensive Pest Assessment followed by a written proposal before any work is performed.

Customized Treatment Plans:

Every property is different, and some homes may experience multiple pest concerns at the same time. When more than one pest category is identified, we will develop a customized treatment plan designed to address your property's specific needs.

Rather than simply combining the full price of multiple individual services, bundled treatment plans are quoted based on the scope of work, treatment requirements, labor, materials, and the efficiencies gained by addressing multiple pest issues during the same service visit.

Our goal is to provide the most effective long-term solution while ensuring our pricing remains fair, transparent, and reflective of the work being performed.

General Pest Control:

Our General Pest Control Program is designed to protect your home against many of Wyoming's most common household pests. Services are customized to your property's specific needs and may include interior and exterior treatments, crack and crevice applications, exterior perimeter treatments, web removal, monitoring, and recommendations to help reduce future pest activity.

Initial General Pest Service:

Up to 3,000 sq. ft. — $175

3,001–5,000 sq. ft. — $225

Over 5,000 sq. ft. — Custom Quote Required

Quarterly General Pest Program:

Up to 3,000 sq. ft. — $135 per quarterly service

3,001–5,000 sq. ft. — $165 per quarterly service

Over 5,000 sq. ft. — Custom Quote Required

One-Time General Pest Treatments — Custom Quote Required

Rodent Control:

Rodent infestations often involve more than simply placing traps or bait stations. Every property presents unique challenges, requiring a customized treatment plan based on the findings of your Comprehensive Pest Assessment.

If treatment is approved within 14 days of your assessment, the full assessment fee will be credited toward the proposed treatment.

Burrowing Pest Control:

Burrowing pests can damage lawns, landscaping, irrigation systems, and property foundations. Treatment methods vary depending on the species, property conditions, and severity of the infestation.

If treatment is approved within 14 days of your assessment, the assessment fee will be credited toward the proposed treatment.

Termite Monitoring & Control:

Every termite situation is different. A Comprehensive Pest Assessment allows us to evaluate current activity, identify conditions conducive to infestation, and develop an appropriate monitoring or treatment plan for your property.

Wasp Nest Removal:

We provide professional removal of accessible exterior wasp nests to help restore safety around your home and outdoor living spaces.

Pricing:

Single Accessible Wasp Nest Removal — $125

Each Additional Accessible Nest (Same Visit) — $40

Nests requiring specialized equipment, difficult access, or presenting unusual safety concerns may require a Comprehensive Pest Assessment and custom proposal.

Specialty/ Heavy Infestation Pest Control:

Certain pests require specialized treatment plans due to their biology, behavior, or resistance to conventional control methods. Every treatment plan is developed specifically for your property following a Comprehensive Pest Assessment.

Wildlife conflicts require a different approach than traditional pest control. Every situation is unique, and successful resolution depends on identifying the species involved, locating entry points, evaluating damage, and developing a humane and effective removal and exclusion plan.

Common Wildlife Serviced: 

Bats, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rats, Rabbits (when causing property damage), other nuisance wildlife (please contact us to discuss your specific situation)

Wildlife Assessment — $175

Wildlife Removal & Exclusion — Custom Quote Required

General Property Repairs and Maintenance:

• Standard service rate = $75 - $100/hr

• Minimum service charge = $150

Additional Rates:

• Same-day/ Emergency rate = $125 - $150/hr

• Hazardous/ Specialty work = $125- $165/hr

Gutter Cleaning: 

Includes Debris Removal/Disposal and an Inside/Outside Scrub of the Gutter System With an Environment Friendly Cleaner Using a Soft Bristle Brush.

• Single Story (Up to 200 Linear Feet) - $175

  • Over 200 Linear Feet - $175 + $0.70/ Linear Foot Over 200

• Two Story ( Up to 200 Linear Feet) - $325

  • Over 200 Linear Feet - $325 + $1.40/ Linear Foot Over 200

Winterization: 

Includes Minor Window/Door Trim Recaulking of Accessible Gaps/Cracks Around Existing Exterior Window and Door Trim, Water Spigot Covers (Picked Up After Winter), Interior Pipe Insulation Inspection, Roof Inspection (Weather Dependent), and Door/Garage Door Seal Inspection

*Door/Garage Seals, Interior Pipe Insulation, and other services available for added fees. Extra windows, doors, and spigot covers (beyond whats included), specialty materials, excessive caulking needs, detached structures, multi-story access, oversized/ custom openings, or extensive deteriorated sealant may require additional pricing.

Lawn Mowing: 

Service includes mowing and edging/ string trimming with all grass clipping mulched. Overgrowth and initial cleanups may be quoted seperately.
