• Standard service rate = $75 - $100/hr

• Minimum service charge = $175

Additional Rates:

• Same-day/ Emergency rate = $125 - $150/hr

• Hazardous/ Specialty work = $125 - $165/hr

Gutter Cleaning: Includes Debris Removal/Disposal and an Inside/Outside Scrub of the Gutter System With an Environment Friendly Cleaner Using a Soft Bristle Brush.

• Single Story (Up to 200 Linear Feet) - $175

  • Over 200 Linear Feet - $175 + $0.70/ Linear Foot Over 200

• Two Story ( Up to 200 Linear Feet) - $325

  • Over 200 Linear Feet - $325 + $1.40/ Linear Foot Over 200

Attic/ Crawlspace Cleanouts:

*Pricing varies based on accessibility, insulation condition, contamination level, debris volume, disposal requirements, crawl space height, rodent activity, moisture conditions, and overall labor intensity. Severe contamination, heavy debris, restricted access, or suspected hazardous materials may require additional pricing or specialist referral. 

Junk Removal/ Property Cleanouts:

Small Engine Maintenance:

• Tune-ups - $80 + Materials

  • Includes Oil Change, Spark Plug Replacement, Air Filter Replacement, Blade Sharpening and Balancing (if applicable),  Greasing (if applicable), and Carburetor Cleaning

• Carbuerator Cleaning Only - $75

• Blade Sharpening - $15/ Blade

• Diagnostic - $50 (Applies to the Repair if Accepted)

  • Includes a Full Checkup to Try and Diagnose the Issue at Hand (Checks Systems in Relation to Oil, in Relation to Fuel, the Carburetor, the spark plug(s), filters, etc.)

• Repairs - Custom Quote Determined In Diagnostic

*Other Various Services Include But Are Not Limited To: Pull Cord Replacement, Wheel/Gear Replacement, Fuel System Flush, Small Crack Repair, and Carburetor Replacement. Feel free to ask about other small engine related services.
