All Commercial Work Is Performed Under A Written Service Agreement. We Conduct On-Site Inspections To Ensure Accurate Scoping And Pricing. Following the Inspection, An Official Agreement/ Proposal Is Provided, Outlining Scope Of Work, Service Expectations, And Payment Terms. Upon Approval Via Signature, The Agreement Serves As Our Formal And Legal Agreement On The Services Being Provided. Standard Terms Are Net 30, With Net 45 and Net 60 Availiable Upon Agreement.
